I'm 56.5, 135lbs, athletic build. Wanting the natural in clothes, kinda fake in a bikini look. My BWD is 12 am told the max I can go is270cc HPMentor to achieve the upper pole fullness and slight side boob I am after. I'm worried they will be too small on my frame as I want a full C cup. a diff surgeon I saw earlier recommended a 330cc Polytech implant which is 12.8cm wide. Is putting in an implant wider than the BW too risky when it comes to the risk of rippling etc? I'm currently a 34AA
I am 38 years old, 5'8, 127 lbs. I'd like to look more feminine/ less boyish in clothing; to have the fuller breasts prior to breastfeeding for 4 years. One PS measured my BWD at 11.5 and 12, recommended Mentor 300 MP or 325 HP. He emphasized that a taller woman can (should?) carry a larger implant on her frame. The other PS had my BWD at 12.3 (both) and recommended Mentor 275 MC or 300 MP. What size and profile would you recommend? Also, what should I do about differing BWD measurements?
I'm going to have a BA done soon with dual plane and am having a hard time deciding between 250cc moderate classic and 275cc mod+. Both fit the 12cm diameter measurements. My ribs are 30 around and each breast is roughly 12cm. I am starting with a 34 deflated b and am hoping to remain pretty small with the least amount of upper breast. I have slight droop from breast feeding, but do not need a lift. Is there a big difference between the two sizes I mentioned? Best for conservative increase?
My stats are 5'3 110lbs 12bwd starting with virtually no tissue and the bones on my right side are more prominent with a hollow under my left. Ive chosen saline implants. My PS works with mentor and his suggestion being 250-375cc HP or UHP implants over filled which Im realizing is quite small for 12bwd based on the mentor chart. Im starting to doubt his recommendation and am curious to see what others would choose for me and why.
I'm having a hard time choosing b/w 275-325 cc moderate plus vs. 325-350 cc high profile Mentor silicone round implants. See attached photo for my stats. I'm wanting very natural looking results where the top of the breast slopes down. My surgeon initially recommended 350 hp but when I stressed my desire for natural results he suggested mod+ but I am concerned that the 275 or 300 cc mod+ is too small for optimal results on my frame. As such I'm reaching out for professional opinions.
Tried both in my sizing appt, 250 seemed too small and 315 was almost too big. I liked the look of the 250 sizers at home but am reading that it will look smalller due to compression. 3D views look very similar but know that all three tests arent accurate. I am athletic and but also like the larger look. Help! Decision needed soon.
I'm petite and I want something proportional to my body. I just want to be conservative with my breast tissues to avoid capsular contracture. I have gone to 3 consults so far. 1st dr said 300cc, mod. Plus profile, under m. 2nd, 400 cc, mod. prof, under m. 3rd, 250 or 275cc, high prof, under m. I'm 35 years old, no kids, 5'5, 98 pounds, one do the doctors told me that he has 10.4 to fit the base of the implant in my breast pocket. What size should I choose???
I'm a 34 mom of a 2 and 6 month old and getting implants in 2 weeks. I'm 5'8, 125, 32A with athletic build. I'm looking for a very natural look which is why I chose the teardrop shaped implants. I am afraid of going too big and looking unnatural. I need help deciding on the size..295cc or 255cc. Any imput would be great thank you!
