39 y/o. Hx: Have tried vollure to marionette area multiple times, botox to platysmal and masseter to help with jowling and mounds on either side of lips, overall sagging in lower face. Did not work. Should I jump to lower face lift already or what are treatment plan alternatives? I have no wrinkles or upper face issues. My face complaint is what you see pictured
Hi, Im Faye,Im 47 & have a concern around my lower face (jowels/marrionettes) Its noticeable in some lights more than others. Theres been some improvement with the treatments Ive had ,namely.. Botox-DAOs Botox-platisma neck bands Filler between jowel area Cog threads (3years a go) no much change with those. I use tretanoin on my skin and vitamin c lotion /castor oil. Shall I try Morpheus 8 or go straight for a lift?. Thank you in advance Faye.
For as long as I can remember I have had large saggy fat deposits at the side of mouth that really ruin my facial contours. These fat deposits (I assume) sit just on the outer side of where I anticipate my marionette lines will eventually be. I have no idea what to try to get rid of them but they really age me. Would a lower face lift or perhaps aqualyx fix them?
I am almost 60 and unsure as to how to address my double chin fat, marionette lines and loose skin in that area. Live in the UK but would travel to anywhere in Europe. Ive had laser Lipo in the past which helped but as you can see theres still an issue. Lower face and neck lift, fat freezing or kibella? Cost is an issue but not majorly so
Hello, i am 37 years old . I have always had a sad looking lower face. Andi want to fix that. But i am lost between all the options : morpheus8, Aptos thread lift, fillers ... My concern is mainly marionette lines and mouch corner pointing downword. I also don't like my chin , so i am open to suggestions. Thank you.
I am 45 years old with pronounced marionette lines but with virtually no other wrinkles. I am substantially over-weight and have a thick neck and starting to develop a double chin. Had fillers by very reputable dermatologist with very little results. What is the best type of treatment for me? Will losing weight make these lines better or worse (my mother has the same ones). THX
How much improvement can I expect from a Lower facelift with fairly significant marionette lines? When I hold my face where approximately I think it will look after surgery, I still see the lines. They become less severe, but somewhat horizontal. How often are some type of fillers needed with the surgery? Thank you.
I am 45, and a few years ago I noticed marionette lines and now they are getting more noticeable. I have had Artefill injected a few years ago and noticed very little change. I also had Juvederm Ultra injected more recently and noticed hardly any change. I am hoping a lower face lift with fat transfer to the lines will make a more dramatic change. What is actually the best procedure for my problem?
I am a female aged 39 and I am not too pleased with my jawline or neck. The marionette lines are strong and the chin muscle is very heavy and droops. Would a necklift, or facelift, or cheek lift / implant fix this? My Tourettes tic may have made the drooping worse along with the nasolabial folds.
