I had J-Plasma (renuvion) Subdermal skin tightening on my lower abdomen and flanks. I also had Lipo on my flanks alone. I am a bodybuilder, my incisions have healed/closed. I done light weightlifting on week 2. I felt fine. Can I resume my 4 day a week heavy lifting on week 3? I am wearing my garment 24/7 and in the Gym. Or will weightlifting ruin my skin retraction results? Please let me know as I plan to resume immediately.
I want to get liposuction on my disproportional love handles. However, I am lean overall and around 13-14% bodyfat. I am concerned that my leanness will be an impediment to the liposuction result and not enough fat will be available. Should I hop off my diet for a few weeks to prepare for surgery? As you can see there was skin removal surgery prior, so it may also be redundant skin as well as fat. I am concerned with proportions and would like a 1-1.5 inch reduction, so not too much fat removed.
I recently had liposuction on my love handles and abdominal area with great results. I've always been skinny fat in the areas treated, and now I feel more proportional. I am planning to bulk and start bodybuilding, and was wondering where the excess fat would accumulate. I understand that fat cells don't regenerate, so will the fat redistribute to other areas such as the glutes?
I had liposuction to my flanks on 10th of april. The point was to get rid of the 'curvy' shape of my hips so that my sides are straight. My surgeon said he removed all the fat (around 3 litres) but sadly I'v seen NO change whatsoever. I honestly feel quite depressed. My hips look the same, the area is painful to touch and swelling constantly goes up and down for no apparent reason. this isnt from weight gain because i'v lost a lot of weight since my op from bodybuilding.
I am a 34 years old male that had liposuction done on my chest and I have read that I should stay 8 weeks after chest liposuction before doing bodybuilding exercises. what happen if I do bodybuilding exercises after 3 weeks of chest male liposuction ?
