I had lipo on my upper/lower abs 6 mo ago. I developed a donut around my belly button from it. My surgeon mentioned putting 2 incisions around my belly button pre-surgery but ended up not doing so. The donut is not just skin, it's pretty fatty and firm. When I poke my finger into my belly button, I can feel scar tissue. How do I get this flattened/corrected WITHOUT a tummy tuck? What qualifications and methods should I look for when consulting w/ a surgeon?
Its been two years post surgery and this little bulge above my belly b is driving me crazy. I tried laser treatments thinking that it was loose skin but that wasnt the case. Ive never been overweight and had lipo done two years ago i cant figure out what this and I want to treat it properly. you can see that it is giving me a frowning belly button.
I have had liposuction after my c section. I noticed this bulge above my belly button right after my liposuction and when i asked my doctor he said that its seroma and it would go away once the swelling subsides. Its been 4 years now and its still there, its more pronounced when i flex my muscles or suck in my stomach. What is it? And how to remove it? Im considering a tummy tuck to remove excess skin under belly button, but Im not sure if this irregularity will be resolved as well? Thanks!
I am considering getting liposuction on my abdomen and flanks. I am just curious about what would happen to my belly button after lipo (I have an innie) Is it replaced? My belly button is stretched out, but will the stretching lessen after lipo? Ultimately I would like my belly button to look very similar to someone who has an innie with naturally flat stomach.
I had liposuction (+BBL) done about 10 months ago. Im left with this uneven look particularly around my belly button. Almost feels like just more fat is above the belly button? I included some post photos as well as pre-op photos. Ive never been pregnant but now it almost looks like I have?!
I have my appointment with a very well reviewed, bard certified plastic surgeon. Incisions will be in my belly button, flanks, and under arms. Still I want to make scarring is minimal. Any tips on post opp care, supplements, or even treatments to minimize scarring?
Hello! I had surgery two years ago for Lipo and a bbl. I have some unevenness and a lump under my bellybutton. I honestly haven't been too eager to fix it because you can only really see the contour irregularities under poor lighting so it hasnt bothered me too much. Is there a way i can fix this that doesn't require more surgery? Or something minimally invasive? Here are some pictures in different lighting. As you can tell, the lighting makes a huge difference visually.
