While I have learned through a hard way that my pubic area isn't shaving friendly, I thought of permanent hair removal treatment. So far, I've received 5 treatments from a dermatologist's clinic that uses Fotona's laser equipment. The first four treatments seemed effective but prior to the fifth, my pubic hair started to grow back as normal again. I'm just worried of doing too many laser treatments, especially in the pubic area. Might it affect my reproductive system? Is it cancer risk-free?
Does laser hair removal damage hair follicles & affect your body's ability to sweat and remove toxins? I'm concerned in the areas of armpit and groin area where there are lymphnodes. If the body uses lymphnodes and sweat to help clear out illness, would scarred pores/follicles prevent the body to do what it should? Will if reduce its efficacy to remove toxins? Will the laser damage lymphnodes? If lasers don't affect it, does electrolysis damage? Is electrolysis a better choice for safety?
I found a deal on Groupon for LHR. I went on a consult and told them I wanted armpits, brazilian, happy trail, full legs and feet. It will be a master aesthetician with 4 yrs experience and it will be Lutronic Advantage diode laser. It will cost $1050 for 6 treatments of all areas total. They are A+ on BBB and 350 reviews online put them above 4.5 stars. The risks seem low but I am worried about doing all my areas in one sitting. What if get burned? Is it too much for the body? Is this safe?
