Female late 50s thin aged skin

Can IPL be used to remove specific moles and freckles? I have light freckles on my upper cheeks, nose and lips and flat, small moles (some adult onset and some from birth) on my face, chest, hands, and thighs. I am 38 and have Fitzpatrick skin type 2. Approximately how many sessions would be needed? I had IPL done a few years ago (6 sessions) all over my face only which dramatically helped with freckles. Since then, I have lightened new ones with various products and religiously use sunscreen.

Hi, after a nose filler, I notice that on my nose there are some red spots with broken capillaries. How can I treat them? I tired retinol serum to reduce their appearance but it doesn't work.

I had a laser treatment for broken capillaries on the face. The technician burn the side of my nose before she turned down the setting. Will this be a permanent scar now that I am a few months out? I was told to just use Vaseline. I have a hard time believing I wont be stuck with this scar permanently. Is there a better treatment?

I recently had a consultation for some treatment. I have rosacea and broken thread veins on my cheeks and nose and acne scarring in the chin and jawline. He recommended 5 treatments of IPL and 3-5 treatments of ResurFX. The IPL is 600 and the ResurFX 300-500. I wanted to ask if this sounds like the rest approach. Would. IPL alone help with my quite minimal acne scars?

The broken capillaries are around my nose and on my cheeks from a mini facelift a couple of years ago.

I've suffered from rosacea since I was 15 years old (permanent redness on my cheeks and nose). When I was 18 I had one session of IPL for my rosacea and the redness was practically all gone. A few months after that, I wanted to improve my skin texture so I had a few sessions of microdermoabrasion (bad idea)which were to hard on my skin and made my rosacea come back. I didn't have the money to do another IPL. Now I am 20, 11 days ago I had a session of IPL but I don't see a lot of improvement

I believe an IPL laser was used.did not have many and they were not extensive but my nose and upper cheek area were treated. On my upper cheek area the R.N. said she had to cauterize the vein but the redness etc. would go away. Today Sunday my face looks like it has new broken capillaries and is still quite red. How long do I wait before I can have this looked at or fixed? The other areas of my face are still a bit pink but capillaries were fixed and look great.

I have rosacea on my nose, causing patches of raised/inflamed skin. Will IPL treatment be able to treat this inflammation? or does it just reduce the redness? thank you
