I have tons of indented acne scars, enlarged pores and a fairly large chicken pox scar on my eyebrow. Every skin laser office I go to recommends Fraxel. But I hear it is painful and the side effects are bad. Is Fraxel really my only option left? And if it is, is it worth it? I feel hopeless. Thank you.
I have 1 large, and 2 smaller chickenpox scars that I've had since I was three. I visited a couple of skin clinics, both of which did not offer surgical treatments (only laser). The first clinic said that they would not be able to improve it much with laser treatments and suggested I should get excision. The second clinic had a free consultation with a nurse who said they could improve it 70% over three treatments (I left feeling unconvinced). Still, I'm wondering what the best options are.
I suffered fomrom Chickenpox this past few weeks and it leaved a lot of deep scars on my face. What can i do about it how can i get rid of it. I talked to some dermatologist and they recommend Fraxel or either Microneedling, what is the most effective treatment?
I had chicken pox 10months ago and this left some scars in my face some of them are deep and other are superficial I heard about the fraxel and erbium yag laser , but the dermatologists that i went all recomended me what they have in their clinic, some fraxel and some erbium yag and some co2 , so i wanted to know which laser is better for those scars the fotona laser (erbium yag) or the fraxel laser??? Thank you Waiting for a reply.
She did 6 passes I believe on medium setting this is one month post op. I did it to remove chicken pox scars. This seems like this redness is going to last another 2 months. I am going in for second treatment soon. I am using the bleaching cream she gave me. Just wondering what are some other ways to make this redness healing speed up.
My dermatologist was treating me for chicken pox scars that I had on my body. So she tried fraxel laser on me. But to her surprise it burnt my skin all the more. Now I have the burnt pigmentation. She is using chemical peels on me. Is there any alternative to treat it??? Is grafting an option ??
