Im 33 years old and have lost a few kilos over the last six months and had liposuction to my lower cheek and jawline. Im not sure if this procedure aged me or not but my nasolabial folds have become prominent and I have a weird bulge next to mouth on my left side. Would fat transfer to my face give me a more rested and fresh appearance?
I had a facial fat transfer 4 months ago and was injected in areas I did not want, including outside the nasolabial fold (instead of the piriform) and too low on high lateral cheek. My dr said we can always do microlipo to remove unwanted fat, but how safe and precise is this procedure? And can I get staged rounds of conservative microliposuction every 3 months?
I want to permanently fix my nasolabial folds without using fillers. Would fat grafting be the best solution? Im being told that it would be best to get the fat transfer to my cheeks. Or would it be best to get a face lift along with the fat transfer?

Hello fellow professionals. Im a 48 y.o. AA female whos experience some facial changes. I have hollow dark circles under my eyes. Addition areas of fat loss is in my nasolabial folds. What permanent procedures would fix all my concerns? Ive been told by different clinicians I need PRP for my eye concern vs lower blepharoplasty vs fillers for my smile area. Id appreciate your expert thoughts!
I had fat grafting done to my periorbital area and nasolabial folds a year ago. 6 months post-op and Ive noticed a lump or a line that formed in the sides of my nose connecting to my cheeks. Initially i had thought some fat might have moved and grafted but my doctor said it might be fibrosis or scar tissue bec of the trauma. Now she is injecting mesolipo to lessen the appearance pf the said line. Would mesolipo actually help? Or what can? Had .5cc done each side i dont think sumthn has changed
Hello! I am a 22 year old concerned about my nasolabial folds. They are very prominent. I will do anything to soften them but so far sculptra and hyaluronic acid filler haven't worked. What is the cause of these? My bone structure or soft tissue?
I'd like to correct the mid face in conjunction with the nasolabial folds. Also improving the deflation/wrinkling around the eyes crows feet when I smile. I'd like to know the procedure recommendations and photos of similar patients that had the same concerns. Seeing is believing. TIA.
