About 5 or 6 years ago i had an apicoectomy done but now the same tooth has been infected again. Now the question is, is it worth to try another apicoectomy treatment and save the tooth or get the tooth extracted and get an implant, i really cannot decide what to do, i am only 28 years old.
I am 26, i had second upper left molar extracted 10 years ago I had all 4 wisdom teeths extracted as a kid.The side of my face where i am missing the molar is a bit thinner i think due loss bone I want to get implant now, dentist say he wont do bone graft for me as i have enough bone to get the implant. But i want to have same amount of bone on both sides to look more symmetrical ,will the jaw bone i lost grow back on its own once i get the implant? Will the implant stimulate the bone to grow?

I'm 28 years old. I have a broken tooth (2nd molar #15) about 2 years ago. My first place dentist was recommend to do root cannal and grown. But I was still a student and I dont have much money for doing that. Until now, the tooth is more broken. I went 2 different dentists place and they all said my tooth can't save it anymore and need to be extracted out. So, please give me an advise. If I do the extraction #15, should I do the implant for the 2nd molar #15? Or is it ok to leave a hole there?
In high school I was elbowed in the mouth, knocking #10 loose. It tightened back up, but eventually started to die so a root canal was needed.Fast forward 10 years latersame tooth started to bother me again.I had an apicoectomy donelasted 2 years. Its now started to bother me again. My endodontist told me he could a)try another apicoectomy treatment or b)could go straight to an implant.I am only 28should I give up and go straight to implant or try to prolong life of this tooth as long as I can?
I got my tooth extracted (i believe tooth #31) and had a bone graft done, and currently I'm waiting to have my implant put in. However, I recently got a essix retainer, that also fits around my missing tooth. If my teeth won't be moving because of the retainer, and I have a bone graft possibly preventing bone deterioration, then do I really need to spend the money to get an implant? Is it possible to still have jawbone atrophy? I'm 27, and dont want to look older than I am...
Had 16 extracted 4 months ago (I'm 29) with small bone fragment. Partial bony impaction, crown tilted forward and out to cheek such that bucc. and mass. had to work around it to chew/talk (but function was fine - removal was for minor gum infection). After, face showed unilateral thinning (dntist thinks bone loss and muscle atrophy to be the cause). Platysma and pterygoids are constantly tight, cheek sagging forward. Are there implants that can mimic the bulge of a tooth and reshape the jaw?
30 years old with a rough smile. Never a problem but I dont smile in pictures- habit from childhood. When my orthodontist wanted braces there was some serious oral surgery involved. After one year of braces my jaw was to be broken in six places, re aligned (wired shut for a few months), then another two-years of braces. I was 17 at the time headed to college. I am fine with my jaw line. So, being older and much better off financially- could dental implants be used to better my smile?
I will have a minor bone grafting and a single dental implant in a couple days to replace a missing tooth. I'm 34, healthy person. How long should I expect to return to my regular life? Eating regular, going to work or the gym. Not asking when my new crown will be installed, I know it will take a couple of months but I'm curious about how long should I expect before the scar heals completely and pain is gone after the operation. and will I feel the screw in my jaw after the process? Thank you.
