30 years old with a rough smile. Never a problem but I dont smile in pictures- habit from childhood. When my orthodontist wanted braces there was some serious oral surgery involved. After one year of braces my jaw was to be broken in six places, re aligned (wired shut for a few months), then another two-years of braces. I was 17 at the time headed to college. I am fine with my jaw line. So, being older and much better off financially- could dental implants be used to better my smile?

If your pain seems to be getting worse, or is more than your dentist told you to expect, then you should have your dentist take a look. While it is possible that this is normal, your description could be indicative of infection or excessive trauma to your jaw during the surgery. Hope you found ...
Hi there
Smoking anything does not help implants in the long term.
THC specifically will have to be researched further.
