These brown spots appeared on my face about a year ago. What should I do?

I have heard that in the US they are using 'Coolaser' for dark skinned people to help treat pigmentation in dark skinned individuals, is it available in the UK? what are the general opinions of this laser?

I am looking for a treatment to smooth out the lines under eyes and take away dark circles. Dr Simon Ourlan at Epione created this. My consultation with him was super expensive. Down time is super fast. Any suggestions what else I can do?

I'm in my late 20's and I always get asked if I was crying or if I'm tired. I have deep dark reddish/purple circles underneath my eyes. I try to get sleep (two babies not easy to do) and wear mascara almost daily. I don't smoke/drink or party all night. I want to treat them and know how to prevent them from returning in the future.

I am using retinal on my legs and breast area, and am due to have laser in my stomach area Does it matter since the area Im using retinal on wont be treated with laser? Therefore dont need to cease using retinal in that area

If so do I need to leave time apart between having the medication and the laser treatment?

I would like to start cool laser for stretch marks and read that rosehip oil and centella are also good for this. Therefore wanted to know if I can use these alongside my laser treatment. Assuming id probably have to leave some time apart between using them and having the laser sessions Thanks

I am 57 years, olive skinned and love the sun. I do wear broad spectrum spf.
