Can you use rosehip oil and centella before & after cool laser treatment? Or are they contraindicated?

I would like to start cool laser for stretch marks and read that rosehip oil and centella are also good for this. Therefore wanted to know if I can use these alongside my laser treatment. Assuming id probably have to leave some time apart between using them and having the laser sessions Thanks

I disagree with some of what has been said.  Dark circles are typically a combination of genetics and a reflection of the vascularity that is beneath the skin.  With that said, this is a chronic thing and very few treatments work well.  You can use fillers under the eyes to help...
