I'm a DD and want to be an A. I found a surgeon to perform a reduction with a free nipple graft to achieve this. She says it will look natural on my frame (5'9, 120 lbs.). My family and friends think it's too extreme and will cause reverse dysmorphia. I'm pretty confident a drastic reduction is a sound decision because my breasts have caused me significant distress throughout my life (I'm 44.). Is it too extreme? Has anyone had success with this type of reduction? (Edited)
Currently I'm 45 (no kids, don't plan on any). Since a long time now dealing with neck/shoulder pain and feeling restricted in my breathing due to the weight of the breasts pressing on my ribs, I want to either have them completely gone (best option) or want them to be reduced to a tiny and flat size (No more than 34 A; currently I'm 34D/DD ). Please let me know which one is the best option, what would the procedure be, recovery times and costs? Please help, I need them gone.
I am 23 years old, 53, and 120 pounds. I currently wear a size 30DD and want to go as small as I possibly can. I know cup sizes are arbitrary, but I would love to be an A or B so that theres very little projection from a side view. Out of a bra, my breasts seem small, but in a bra, they are so big for my frame. Based off my photos, would it A) be possible to remove 430 grams from each breast and B) is that enough to get the look I want? Ive added photos of my goal.
According to my bra size I'm 36DD , hoping to get a breast reduction this year. I would like to be at a B cup/ small C cup. My question is the incision would be best? I would like to get the lollipop incision but would that be possible ? (Not the best pictures)
I'm thinking of going down from a DD to maybe an A cup. I was wondering if it is standard practice to tether the breast to the rib's facia? Do all surgeons do this? If so, then how many spots get tethered? It makes sense to do this so the breasts don't sag again. I'm just not sure if this is how a reduction is done or not as I'm still looking into the procedure.
I already submitted a question about this but I looked at picture of D/DD size breasts and mine don't look like that. Retelling: I (THINK) I'm a 28 D/DD and want a reduction to A/B The size I want is the before on these before/after picture https://www.realself.com/breas... https://www.realself.com/breas... Would that be possible, or is it still too flat for me to go down to?
Yes, these measurements are accurate; I have used many different calculators and they all come out the same. I'm 171.5cm (5'7.5) with a very small frame & naturally underweight. They don't carry my size so I've tried going up and it's never comfortable & does not fit. My breasts have always been so much larger than the rest of my body and it looks very disproportionate like implants. My waist-line is naturally 25-26 inches as well. Would doctors consider reduction for me, or am I out of luck?
I am a 22 year old 5'5 girl who weighs 120 pounds. I consider myself to be a fairly thin person as I typically wear a size 2. I have never in my life felt comfortable with my breast size and constantly wish they were smaller, resorting to everything from dieting to excessive exercise to try to make them shrink, and nothing works. I'm scared they'll just get bigger as I age. Having small boobs would make me more confident and would help me to love my body. Is this a realistic size change?
