Some parts of the scars have faded nicely but there are some red and raised parts. My areolas are also a bit larger than i wanted, and not the same size...should I go for a scar revision, and would this include resizing of the nipple? Thanks!
Surgery 6/2021. Areolas are uneven with scars raised Underneath scars are huge and raised. One breast is larger. One areola is larger. Under my areola looks like meatloaf.....very very unhappy! His assistant said she did one and Dr did the other one. That's why they look different. :( Is that even legal? Sagging still. Dr said my age was the reason. I am very active! I paid $2500. more than my sister. She had the same lift, same doctor, 5 months after mine! Dr won't fix them!!
I had a breast lift Surgury 7 yrs ago (lollipop), scars healed very well. A year ago I had another breast lift same Dr he performed an anchor lift plus 350cc implants, i believe an infection caused my body to spit out sutures my scar widened. I had a revision 6 month ago but my scars looks terrible, I was under a lot of stress and vaping a bit, maybe that's why? Please advice on what to do. Thank you.
Hello I had a breast lift nearly a year now and Ive visited the surgeon and they keep telling me to put scar gel on the bumps around my arieola - its not working, they are extremely painful, hard to touch and really sensitive to certain types of fabricsI dont know what to dowill this get better, they just look so unnatural! And Im starting to regret this breast lift!
I had a Benelli lift/areloa reduction 1 year ago. Shortly after surgery, large scabs formed as the areola separated from the breast (deep sutures only with tape outside) which eventually turned to scars. I asked my dr. and he said this was perfectly normal. 6 months ago I inquired again as the scars weren't improving & he told me to wait a full year. I've had a number of procedures w/out any issues and my skin has never had trouble with scarring before. Can anything be done?
I am 13 months PO from a breast lift (anchor). I feel I've been very patient about allowing scars to heal. I have two questions regarding scarring. #1 My areola scars are so raised and ropey. What should I be doing? Any chance this will improve? If not, what next? #2 I have lots of residual areola. What's involved in ridding my breasts of it? Will it cause additional scarring?
1 year ago I had a breast augmentation with a nipple lift moderate plus 415cc silicone and I am 5'2 . I am unhappy with how stretched my areola looks and my breast look even more droopy . I went in for a revision Dr told me this is as good as it gets my breast will always sit low even with a lift
A year ago I had a breast surgery. My areolas stretched out and Im going for a revision. Im not sure which technique will be better for permanent results without stretching the areolas again. My doctor said he would use a permanent string in both options: donut or lollipop lift. Lollipop is safer areola wise but the scar could be worse and donut is less safe with nicer scars. Im concerned because i dont have much to lift anymore so anyways there will be tension on areola and scar. thoughts?
I had a breast lift over a year ago. My scars are becoming extremely itchy and Ive been mindlessly itching them - side note I am already unhappy and would like a revision so I dont think before I itch - but when I do stop and think i become worried that it will make the scar worse! They peel and there was even some bleeding today! Is this normal?
