Moderate profile 320cc, saline implants under the muscle. I replaced my implants which were 25 years old. They were of similar size. These new implants have no fullness on top and fall lower and heavy . The surgeon gave me one right Brest lift instead of both I don't know why but he changed his mind in the operating room. At 61 I was hoping this would be my last breast implant surgery but unfortunately it isn't.
I have decided to have a breast augmentation and had 3 consults. 2 of the doctors suggest dual plane and 1 subfascial. I'm undecided which one is best for me. I am a golfer and heard with submuscular placement it is possible to see the implant move back and forth with movement. So if this is true would it be better to do subfascial placement? I am 55 and have dense breast tissue. I am small chested maybe a A+ B- with no sag. Also, what is submuscular versus dual plane? Thanks for your advice.
Im a 61 yr old woman.. 1st pic is before photo Jan 2020. Second photo are the new boobs took pic 5-1-22 surgery 5-8-21 My dr says Im 61 and they are fine.. Im horrified can they be fixed to look natural again or are they ruined now..? I did go a bit larger but shouldnt he say no not a good idea..? Why did this happen ..? Does anyone know? Thank you
I discussed my goals.. More Upper Pole & more Projection and firmer implant. Doctor is suggesting a 2 inch increase in projection. A more firm implant and greater upper pole. This is an implant replacement. Last implants were put in 33 years ago behind the mussel. 325CC. I have went from a size C after first surgery 33 years ago to now a DD. I have gained 20 pounds since my first surgery. I am 63 years old. 5'4 130 lbs.
Ideally, I'm looking for more fullness with a bit of lift. I am currently 63 yo, 5'9,179 lbs and a bra size of 38C. I have attached current photos, a snap shot of myself in my favorite push up bra, & website pics of preferred look. My goal is to obtain the favorite bra or the preferred look without the bra , if possible. Can I achieve a natural look w/a bit of lift by undergoing a dual plane augmentation? Any advice or recommendation is very appreciated and thank you in advance.
