Hi i explanted 4 days ago and my right PIP implant had ruptured, Surgeon said i had a very thin capsule on the ruptured implant and no visible capsule in the left breast, i have been very sick for many years prior to my explant. is it possible to make a full recovery with my capsules left behind? I am very concerned. my surgeon took swabs to the lab as i had a creamy substance found in the capsule. My ruptured implant was bright yellow in colour what does this indicate? Kindest regards
Im 2 weeks post op from breast augmentation i noticed 2 holes with thick yellow fluid coming out a day after my stiches were taking out. Will these holes heal by itself? Or do i have to get my implants removed? I dont have any syntoms of infection such as fever, pus ,bloody fluid or pain.
I have had weird health issues for a long time now and I know they're related to implants. But now they are out, do I need to take any antifungals or other given the yellowing? These are 16 year old saline implants. One was calcified capsule (I believe it's the one that is yellow).
My left implant was removed about a week and a half ago (3 weeks after I initially got them) due to infection. There was only 10-15ml of infected fluid in the pocket, and I stopped leaking after a few days. However, two nights ago I somehow wokeup lying completely on my front and since have had what can be described as muscle ache in the area and a lot of leakage. The leakage isn't puss its sort of a dark yellow clear liquid but there is a lot more than before. Should I be concerned? Thanks
