I had saline implants for 19 years. Left breast had rippling (exactly where the dent is now), right breast ruptured. Which ultimately made me decide to explant. Fast forward 11 months and my left breast is awful with a major dent and crease through the breast and nipple. I am considering implants again, however, Im worried the dent will still be there. It feels almost like a hole is there..? My question is will implants make the dent worse? Or will it help conceal it?
I removed my 25 year old silicon implants and capsulectomy. They were over the muscle and at the time of explantation they were in tact. Left side had CC grade II-III. Over the past few months I have noticed small changes, but for the most part I think this is what I will be left with. It seems that my inframammary fold is lower and causing a dent in my lower breast. Thank you for your time.
My explant was performed almost five years and I have had these folds or dents since the surgery. Fat transfer and placing a new implant are NOT options for me. One surgeon said it is a straight forward procedure to release the tissue and/or excise any adhesions to improve the appearance of my breasts. I did not have any double bubble issues with my 220 ml implants. Thank you!
I am post-explant day 7. I have a dent at the bottom of my left breast that I'm fearful will not fill in. There is no dent on my right breast, however. My PS seems confident it will fill in, but it appears worse today than yesterday. Am I deformed forever or is my PS right?
Getting explant with lift 1 year 7 months after implant with lift. Will I end up with odd looking dented breasts, or will they look like if I had just had the lift like I wish I had a year and half ago minus any implant? 150cc left 200cc right breast.
I had my breast implants removed with capsulectomy after 8 years and the incision is around my areola. I have looked at a 1,000 photo's of this process and not one of them looks like mine. It seems like he actually stitched under my nipple to the back inside of my breast so that fluid can't fill in that space. I didn't expect my areola to be permanently tacked down creating this horrifying dent or gap. I don't think my front is suppose to be stitched to the back?
