Hi, I am 29 years old male to female transgender. I'm planning to have my BA under the muscle to avoid many risks but my surgeon said that he can do subglandular to so he can create good cleavage. If he will do submuscular, it will be too apart from each other and might not look good due to my wide sternum and outward breasts. I want under the muscle because there are less complications, capsular, sagging and ripping. I need help to decide :(
Hi, I'm just curious what is a common gap/ distance for the pectoralis major muscle? Like how much space is it between the muscles on the sternum? I understand everyone is different but what is most common from your experience? And how close would you say you can go when doing dual plane type 2 without causing symmastia?
m24 years old, 157 cm and 45kg with an A cup size. I have a significant gap between my tuberous shaped breasts my chest is so bony that my sternum sticks out. The rest of my body has a normal amount of fat. Multiple people have commented on how disproportionate they look in comparison to the rest of my body. My surgeon said that he cant bring my breasts closer together and I dont have enough fat to graft my chest. I really want implants but Im afraid that they wont look good.
If an implant is placed Subpectoral there is a limit how far the implants can sit in the middle (for cleavage) according to the muscle itself. Now i was wondering if you place thes implants Subglandular will the implants has more space in the middle of the chest so it can create a more closer cleavage of the implants? See the picture i added! Will it be able to go as far until the sternum blocks the implants?
I am 5'5, 145lbs. My bwd is 15cm. Sternum to nipple is 21. I wear medium/large tops, 36 bra band. The PS gave me the options of allergan 375cc mod, mentor 370mod+ and m430modhigh. I have very mild pectus excavatum, located higher up, under my collar bones. Which would provide a natural outcome with some upper pole volume?
Does it look like I can aquire symastia over time? Or that I have a slight case already? I can't relax and be happy I just worry. I'm scared to wear a supportive bra because it pushes my boobs together. Sternum pain on left breast only. When I bend down in a bra or without a bra I have slight tenting of my sternum at the top of my cleavage, is that normal? Other than that if I stand Normal I have no raised sternum 5'6 100lbs 470cc ultra high profile cohesive
I am 510, 160 lbs, and I have a really wide sternum and my nipples point outwards. All of my wish photos are with girls who do not seem like their breasts were like mine before. Im worried that I wont like my results. The photo is me now. My right breast is a bit differently shaped and slightly smaller as well. Photos include my current breasts, my wish breasts, and what I fear might be my best result possible.
Have I ruined my chances of ever getting a breast augmentation due to my large sternum tattoo? I have very small breasts, but would not want large implants if it was possible. I have kind of accepted that this would never be possible due to the position of my tattoo. Would the tattoo stretch to cover half of the implant? Would look very weird if so haha.
I am currently a 32B and hoping to be a D cup. After seeing some pictures online with ladies who had undergone breast augmentation with wide sternums ( Tori spelling for eg ), I am concerned if I should go ahead with the surgery. Would choosing the right profile type ( High / Moderate + ) help? Also how many CCs would be recommended? My proposed outcome would be to achieve cleavage ( If possible wouldn't the use of a push up bra ) and also the side boob look. Your advise would be appreciated!
