I am a deflated 36D, hoping to regain fullness with a natural appearance yet not interested in having a lift, only augmentation. Do I appear to be a good candidate for augmentation without lift? If so, would sub glandular or dual plane be better for me? I have many concerns with over the muscle, yet Im concerned with dual plane Ill wind up with snoopy deformity. Im less concerned with animation as I have not a lot of pectoral strength and dont do athletic activities at all. 405cc
350cc silicone smooth HP gel implants. Breastfed 4 kids. 34D prior to children and got very large during pregnancy/nursing. My surgeon said I did not need a breast lift, only a BA. Im 8 months PO and have this empty saggy tissue hanging off the implants. I think this is a snoopy/waterfall deformity. He says we need to do a lift to correct the issue. Is this common? Any ideas of why this happened? Pre and post op pics below. If I have my arms back, its less noticeable.
No lift implant. I am 47, 56, 170#. My breasts are nice by most people's standards but I would like a little more fullness. I would prefer fewer scars as well. What are the chances I can get 350ish CCs and NOT end up with snoopy, waterfall breasts.
Hi there, I am 37 years old, 6 foot tall, 170 pounds. My breast size is a deflated 36B Very deflated. I had seen another surgeon who said that he would have to do two surgeries, a lift and then three months later augmentation. Found a new surgeon who says he does a new type of Lift where he plicates during implant surgery which will give a lift. Will I have waterfall or snoopy deformity? Im probably going 600cc. Pics of me now.
I'm a year post op from my breast augmentation. I recently noticed my left breast is more oval shaped than the right, which is more round. I can also feel the implant on the lower pole for the rounder right boob. I feel some extra tissue for the left and I can't feel the implant as much. What could this be? Has it not dropped on the left as much as the right? And also, photo shown is the left breast. Is that a waterfall deformity?
It has been a week since my surgery. I received 400cc and 450cc put in under the muscle. I'm worried because I haven't seen them drop even a little. They are as hard as rocks. Is this normal? Or am I just being impatient?
