I underwent breast augmentation surgery 7 months ago with polyurethane implants. The recovery went well and the breast were looking great, but in february a foreign body (a gauze) was discovered on ultrasound so I underwent another surgery to remove the gauze. My surgeon removed the polyurethane coating before reinserting the implant. Now (2 months after ) my right breast is looking different, is lower than the left one and the implant is moving. Can I hope for a symmetrical look over time?
I am due to have my surgery on 23rd January 2023. I am able to sort help for me with the children for the first week, however help after that will be intermittent. My son goes to nursery 2 days a week. I am really worried about how aftercare will be with young children.
I work out everyday and am getting breast implants ASAP. I know it will be hard to run or do the elliptical, but can I do stationary bike at the gym, since it only involes moving the legs? I heard getting the blood rushing isn't good for healing but I need to stick to my routine and cannot possibly take the 3 weeks off from working out that they say you must do to heal right. Any advice?
I had 325cc silicone breast implants 5 days ago. I am 5'1 and 102 pounds. I was hoping to be a C cup, but I am fitting into a D bra. Is this because of the swelling? If so, when will the swelling begin to go down? When will I know exactly what bra size I will wear?
Hi, I am scheduled to get a breast augmentation in June (subfascial), but am planning starting a massage course mid September. Is that a reasonable timeline for recovery? Will it be a problem to lie on my stomach for hours at a time even with a specific breast pillow? Also, will the physical requirements be a problem? Sometimes giving massages can be quite physical with lifting/supporting various parts of the patients. Thank you!
Nearly 6 months ago I had a breast augmentation from an A to C. It was over the muscle and the insicion is on the fold under the breast. I still have a strange numbness around and under my nipples. I also get shooting pains. Is this normal after such a long period of time? Even though I'm saying it's a numbness, it's a weird feeling -- its like when you've been to the dentist and had your mouth frozen and the feeling is starting to come back. The shooting pains don't last long, but they're quite sore.
