I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, I've had saline filled silicone breast implants for two years. I have no family history of hyperthyroidism/Graves Disease. Do you think this illness was sparked by my implants? 45 years old. 5'4, 140 lbs. (female) Do you think my body is fighting the implants? Causing this?
I was diagnosed with Graves disease my sophomore year of high school, and Ive been on medication since then (Im 20), but I was wondering if or how this disorder affects breast development. Ive always had small breasts like 75% of an A cup while my mom and aunts and cousins have bigger breasts, mostly C cup and B cups. My mom and aunts also had thyroid issues. Maybe I just pulled the short straw in genetics, but now Im strongly considering implants (unless hormone help would work). Thoughts?
I have booked a Breast Augmentation but I am concerned about Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) affecting more problems in the future. I got Graves last year, but I have gotten a medical clearance from my Endocrinologist. However, I have only been getting blood results for about 3-4 months (which I am unsure if this should be a problem). I will be getting silicone implants, placed sub-muscular, and round implant shape. My biggest concern is health, and if I should go through with the procedure?
I have Graves disease and hyperthyroidism. Im due to get it checked to see if it is still hyper and an issue . I was due to get breast enlargement but I have put it on hold till I check thyroid. If treatment for thyroid and Graves disease is needed, can I resume my ba plans for surgery after 3 months?
