I had bbl with lipo and I'm 1 month post op. My skin on my stomach sides and back are very tight which is uncomfortable. I have hard knots/lumps on my sides and back and they are painful. I get sharp pains in the areas that were lipo'd .I've had a total of 17 lymathic drainge massage which were all painful by the way and I decided not to get anymore because I just couldn't handle that pain anymore. How long will it take my skin to soften up and how long before these knots and lumps go away?
I had a liposuction with a buttocks transfer done a month ago. Now the swelling has gone down a lot but it still hurts somewhat but I have the side of my hips still swollen like a bump on both sides and I dont like that.Is that normal is that going to stay like that or is it just still swollen from the surgery ?. I have done lymphatic drainage massages, I wear the post surgical body shaper 24/7 but Im kind of getting marks from sitting downs too. Is that going to go away?
I see a lot of stuff about arnica tablets, gel and massage oils for post Lipo care, but if bruising is part of your body's natural healing process and your suppressing your body from bruising than does it not heal as well as it would have if you let the bruises run their course? Along with lymphatic drainage massages and teas. If your body has fluids are they part of the healing process and you pushing them all out is not letting our body heal as well? Or am I overthinking this like usual? Haha
Hello I have had BBL 2 weeks ago and am quite worried about my shape I feel I just look fat? My belly is really hard and no swelling seems to be going down, I have been for lymphatic drainage massage and there is lots of water in places of my body like a water ballon my feet have even swelled and even my virgina has gone really big its keeps going big then small, pain is still there , am just wondering when I can sit down ?
I'm asking is it safe to get on a whole body vibration machine to drain your lymphatic system after a fat transfer Brazilian butt lift. Real self contacted me and said my question doesn't pertain to surgery but it does.
What kind of massage is best, lymphatic drainage? Any general light massage to reduce swelling and promote blood supply? Tapotements (Percussion) to really increase blood supply, or that may be to damaging and painful? How soon after is massage recommend or not recommended until? Don't massage just apply post surgical creams, that's massage enough?
I had surgery 3 weeks ago in Dominican Republic and got a total of nine massages when I was over there. when I came back home to Canada I continued to get lymphatic drainage massages but they are a lot more gentle over here then they are over there.. I feel as if the massages that I'm getting over here aren't as good as I was getting over there. Am i supposed to be getting lymphatic drainage massages or is there another massage I should be getting ?
