Can I use a heating pad to relief pain with a BBL surgery? When can I start to use my heating pad for lower back pain?

I had done my BBL on June 8th 2018 who is amazing btw my husband noticed some dents and I just wanted to know if it is normal and sometimes I feel heat on my butt while Im just laying down. Before I get asked no I do not sit unless its on a toilet doctors orders and I have been laying down on my face since day 1. Clearance please !

I am planning to have a BBL in February 2017 and later in August I am travelling to Africa. As Africa is hot(35~40 degrees Celsius) will the heat melt my butt or affect my results?

Since the fat needs blood and circulation to survive, would the heat pad increase the chance of more fat surviving?

I heard that the belly and butt are sore after bbl.. Is it ok to lay onto of warm heating pad for belly and place another heating pad across butt? To sooth soreness, can I place it on bare skin or clothes?
