Will the heat melt my butt after Brazilian butt lift?

I am planning to have a BBL in February 2017 and later in August I am travelling to Africa. As Africa is hot(35~40 degrees Celsius) will the heat melt my butt or affect my results?

I do not believe that deep tissue massage 6 1/2 months after your BBL would cause any harm.  I'm not convinced in will provide nay significant benefit, but I certainly don't think it will damage any of the transferred cells that far out from surgery
