I do weightlifting regularly and I've noticed for any leg compound movements, my adductors muscles seem to be overactive and get used the most. With this, my adductor muscles bulge out and make my legs look weird. Would it be possible to get botox just in the adductor muscles to help reduce the size, but also help make it less active it so its not over working compared to the rest of the leg?

I have CP and have periodical botulinum toxin inj in my legs performed by the consultant who manages my CP Care at the local hospital to help with my muscle spasms since '09. All seemed normal but by the time I got home from the hospital my L-foot felt numb. I normally experience flu like symptoms, aches and sickness but this AM my foot is numb. Is this normal? Should I contact my consultant? Thank-you in advance C
I had 100 units of Botox for my Cervical Dystonia, my legs were so weak especially on the right side.. I lost muscle tone and could barely walk. Problem with coordination and gait instability. She said there is no way this is from Botox. A month later after the injection, I felt the muscle getting stronger gradually. I know botox helps in the spasm, pulling sensation and tremor, if the side effect is affecting other parts of the body, why is this happening JUST TO ME? I need help!!!
40 Units Botox in Forehead 10 Weeks Ago. 2 days after treatment experinced headaches, extreme fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite & sharp pains & a burning sensation in arms & legs at night. most seemed to resolve after a couple of weeks but the intense burning sensation/tingling continues now both during day & night. now also in arms, legs, hands, feet & sometimes in face all labs came back neg, will be seeing a neurologist soon. my dr says a reaction to botx & should settle down once botox wears off. any thoughts?
