Burning / Tingling in Arms, Legs and Face After Botox

40 Units Botox in Forehead 10 Weeks Ago. 2 days after treatment experinced headaches, extreme fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite & sharp pains & a burning sensation in arms & legs at night. most seemed to resolve after a couple of weeks but the intense burning sensation/tingling continues now both during day & night. now also in arms, legs, hands, feet & sometimes in face all labs came back neg, will be seeing a neurologist soon. my dr says a reaction to botx & should settle down once botox wears off. any thoughts?

This is highly unlikely to be related to the Botulinum Toxin (Dysport or Botox)  and should be related to the FDA.

Botulinum Toxin (Dysport or Botox)  may cause weakness of muscles if injected consistentiy over a protractied amound of time which is likely no less than 24 months.

In the face, I would recommend starting with 1 unit for square cm.  If that is not effective enough, we can add another unit per square cm.

I wonder from your text, if the photograph was taken using a mirror because the raised nostril seems to be longer on the right which is opposite from what you stated. Regardless, Botox injected below the nostril might weaken the depressor septi nasi muscle which can help lift the nostril IF the...
