I still have severe pain (needles and tightness) on both sides of my body. When I rub those areas the is lots of burning pain deep below the surface. Belts hurt, snugg waistbands, basically anything with elastic waistbands. I usually buy clothing 2 time bigger if they have elastic. I am very active 56 years old, ride bikes and walking daily. it feel like sutures were left in and I am ripping at them daily. Any suggestions?

I have lost about 81 pounds. I am 5 1/2 tall and went from 196 to 108 through diet and exercise. Recently, I went on hormones for a few months and gained to 115 that Im desperately trying to get back off. Otherwise, Ive been stable for 2 years. I gained all of the weight with my traumatic back injury, meds, low thyroid, menopause, and chronic pain. Im 56 years old and have a global lumbar fusion L3-L5. I have lots of loose skin. Can I get lower body lift? Thank you!
57 y/o, regular exercise, eats right. Peak weight 145lbs decades ago. Maintenance weight 108 for last 20 years. Very saggy tush, flab around abdomen (when I do a plank excess skin and fat hang down) and somewhat sagging breasts. Tush bothers me the most. Do not want implants, just want firmer body with tush that is not sagging. What might be best procedure(s) to address these concerns (given this limited information) and in what order. Sorry, no photos. Thank you in advance of your replies!
I lost 165 pounds following weightloss surgery 2 years ago. My weight is stable. I am 57, 5'6 and 150 lbs. I am most bothered by jello thighs and bat wing arms. I don't want breast implants. I have a lot of loose skin in my abdomen and a saggy flat rear end. I want to combine procedures so that they are safe and affordable. I would love to fix it all but that may not be realistic financially. How would you suggest I prioritize procedures?
In your expert opinion, if the following random 57 yo female came to you for a consult and complained of, in order of greatest concern: 1) Saggy rear end 2) Saggy upper mid back with folds 3) Abdomen saggy and pooching out 4) Saggy breasts (Maybe?) Furthermore, this random individual expressly stated that she is opposed to implants of any kind...What body rejuvenation procedures would you recommend?
