How well does scalp hair blend with preexisting beard hair?

Question

I'm having a beard transplant soon, and our goal is to fill in my patchy beard. I have sideburns and a goatee but bald cheeks. If we transplant scalp hair to the bald areas, will I have a uniform stubble when I trim? The purpose of the beard transplant isn't to grow a mighty beard; I just want to have coverage in my cheeks. My hope is that the transplanted areas won't be extremely distinct from the beard hair that's already there, since I like to wear a stubble look. Thanks for reading!

Scalp hair is used for beard transplants.  The hair quality is not the same but it is the best survival rate and allows for maximum density and grafts

Scalp hair is an excellent donor area for beard transplants.How well the scalp hair blends with the preexisting beard hair depends on several factors: the colour, hair calibre, and the type ( straight/curly).Before advising you on the best treatment, your doctor might perform a trichoscopy to examine and compare these characteristics between your scalp and beard hair.

Scalp hair when moved to the beard area retains its character and thickness. Is your scalp hair much different than your beard hair? If so, donor hair from under the chin will work well for most men
