I have been taking 40mg of accutane for 7 months up until a month ago when I stopped my treatment while travelling. My dermatologist says I should keep taking accutane for another 2 months but I was wanting to get another opinion on if this will affect my overall treatment and if I need to start over from the beginning if I want a permanent result. Thank you!
I have been on Accutane before but just a couple months after finishing the process, my face started breaking out again. My doctor wants me to stay and start Acutane again but I will be leaving for Europe soon. I am incredibly conflicted and have been trying just about any other alternative remedies and oral medicines. I also worry how many times I must do Accutane for it to work. Ive changed my diet completely after Accutane to avoid breakouts, but no luck. What should I do? Thank you.
I am about to begin Accutane (starting end of March/beginning of April 2017). I talked with my dermatologist about the options but am curious to see if anyone has any solid answers. I will be leaving the country from June 8th-July 18th to backpack Europe. My dermatologist said we could set it up so that I get my prescription right before I leave and then get my blood work done right when I come home. But will I have to be placed on another 30 day hold?
I'm on my 4th month of using accutane, which is supposed to be the 5th month but i stopped using it for almost a month, because my doctor's clinic is far away from us, i have to travel for 5hours just to get there. And as we all know, i can't buy med without the doctors' prescription. And for some time i've tried waxing my underarms, and so far i haven't seen any side effects and i'm thinking trying IPL, should i go for it? Considering that i'm not done with my course of accutane?
Hello, I am traveling to another state, here in Brazil where the product is not found, returned to sao paulo, and has resumed the use of Roaccutane which is the name marketed in Brazil, I was 17 days without taking, I have to restart the treatment? or can I continue? I'm in three months. thanks
