I have a tummy on 3/21/14 and I have been bleeding since last night around 11:00 pm the blood is dark, last night stopped and this morning started again, as I mention above it's coming from the Incision is this normal ? I have put a pad to protect my clothes and the last pad which was around 2 hours was heavy weat with blood ...

Minor bleeding from incisions can be expected but bleeding that soaks padding is concerning.  This needs to be evaluated to rule out a residual hematoma and to stop any persistent bleeding. Earl Stephenson Jr MD DD FACS

Get off the computer and get in touch with your surgeon immediately.  That is the only reasonable way to manage any type of bleeding after surgery.

A dark ooze (bleeding) from your incision two weeks or so after your tummy tuck may or may not be normal depending upon its extent and amount. It could represent a small underlying hematoma which is breaking through (since you did not have a drain) or just some minor wound edge disruption. Given that it is dark and you need a pad, I would contact your plastic surgeon immediately for follow-up and evaluation.
