Is this bruising normal for 3 days post op for Tummy Tuck? (photos)

I am 3 days post op for Tummy Tuck. I just saw my incision for the first time today and I noted that the right side is very discolored and bruised. Does this appear to be within normal limits? Kind of scared me when I saw it but hoping it's within normal limits. Thanks in advance for you thoughts.

Be seen immediately by your surgeon to evaluate this situation... Being on a "blood thinners" could cause your problem. You need medical care...

The extent of bruising after an abdominoplasty is excessive.  It mainly occurs as a result of blood thinners or liposuction without a compressive garment after abdominoplasty.  Where there is a lot of bruising you may expect a lot more firmness, swelling and induration.  This will prolong healing as blood in the tissues causes a lot of inflammation.  You should discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
