I have never really noticed it before but my face and honestly whole body is uneven. I've been sk insecure about it ever since i tried a mirroring image filter on snapchat. I think its getting worse and I just want to fix it.

Asymmetry in your face (and body) is normal. This amount of asymmetry is normal. It is possibly "getting worse" bc as you age and lose fat, the skeletal asymmetries will become more apparent. You can try to do small modifications like neurotoxin or filler, but I would strongly advise against anything permanent as this is normal, and if you start chasing every little asymmetry you will drive yourself crazy.

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The rhinoplasty will refine the dorsal tip.

Symmetry does not really exist in our nature. The fact that we are not perfectly symmetrical makes us more attractive.The unevenness on your face is very small, nothing unnatural.
