The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. Hi there! Excising the lesion would be the best option to ensure complete removal. This obviously creates a scar, but if done carefully, it may not be very noticeable. If still unsightly after time, you can consider laser resurfacing to assist with the cosmesis. Hope this helps!
