Had an upper molar implant installed yesterday. The doctor had suggested I rinse often with mouthwash. Tonight while rinsing and I felt and heard the liquid go up my sinus and then green mouthwash ran out my nose. Watched in mirror with a flashlight and I can see the mouthwash draining back down around the implant. I rinsed well with water. I'm concerned about the bone graft material - has it now been contaminated by mouthwash? Its Saturday so I must wait until Monday to talk to the specialist.
