I’ve been a mouth breather since I was young. I’m 19. Is there a way to reverse the facial effects without surgery? (Photo)

So I’ve been a mouth breather since as long as I can remember and I’m 19 now and I’m unhappy with the effects it has had on my face (weak chin, bit of a crooked nose, crooked teeth). Is there a way I can fix this without surgery? If not what would be the best surgery for what I’m looking for?
