Hello Doc, I'm looking for options on my chin. My chin is receeded and dimpled. My jawline is not visible. I had a rhino one year ago. What are my options on my chin/jaw?

A genioplasty is a much more versatile procedure that allows us to pretty much move the chin wherever we want. This will lengthen your face and create more jawline definition. In many genioplasty cases, contouring is added on for a stronger jawline result. A genioplasty will also tighten the surrounding skin, which will help to improve definition and reduce some jowling.

That depends a lot on you. You could have jaw surgery or a custom chin/jaw implant exclusively designed for you. 
Aesthetically speaking, you could expect two different looks, especially if your chin recession is too pronounced. If you want a moderate forward chin advancement, perhaps a custom chin implant is suitable for you. 
When you smile, your chin recession isn't too obvious or "bad," so it would be best if you understood the options available based on the different methods.
