I’ve had a lip incompetence I’m self conscious of. I’ve had a chin implant for 15 years , which I removed and did a sliding genioplasty 2 years ago. I had braces as a kid and recently wrapping up braces to fix am open bite. The hope was the SG and braces would fix my lip incompetence. But my lips still can’t seal together at rest. Can a lip lift help ? I notice the space between my nose and lips is quite much as well. Can anything else help with my lip incompetence ?
