What has gone wrong with my top lip post septorhinoplasty and will a lip lift fix it? (Photos)

I had septo-rhinoplasty 18 months ago, I also had 2 temple implants put in at the same time and a lot of trauma was caused to that area when forcing them downwards and trying to make them fit (they were too big) could either of those procedures cause damage to surrounding ligaments that end up interfering with the way my top lip looks and how can it be fixed? I haven't had filler put in my lips so it's not to do with that and my surgeon doesnt have an answer.
