I previously had a tummy tuck 1 and a half years ago and have developed a confirmed suture granuloma, verified by ultrasound. My body has previously rejected multiple permanent sutures, Which my surgeon had to open my incision to remove. But I believe there is a retained suture causing recurrent inflammation and is at the top where my muscle repair begins. I had a Kenalog injection 6 weeks ago that temporarily reduced the hardness but it has now returned. Also my belly button has been leaking the whole time on and off. My previous surgeon has now disregarded the situation. I have a history of permanent suture rejection. Please help
