I am scheduled for smartlipo on the abdomen in 1.5 months, and I was wondering if it would be safe to get coolsculpting in the same area next week. I have had it done before and lost about 3 pounds after a week w minimal swelling and no pain. I thought that maybe if I get it done again the smartlipo might be even more effective since it will be able to get to more of the fat? Just wondering if it's safe! I know pretty much what results I can expect so no need to wait the full 4 months for that.

You have a large amount of loose skin in addition to fat. Lipo will leave you with more loose skin and might wrinkle as well. Consider doing a brachioplasty at the same time.
