Will breast become soft again after firm and hard seroma found by MRI scan?

Had over the muscle silicone breast implants removed 9 weeks ago with minimal capsule removal as i have little breast tissue.. fluid build-up was suspected early on but surgeon suggested leaving it to go away on its own. About 5 weeks post, my right breast started to get hard and firm towards the back of the breast. MRI scan identified fluid build-up overlying the pectoralis muscle and seroma within the implant cavity.. what should be my next step? or will my get breast go soft again on its own?

The fluid should be drained an evaluated for reaccumulation using ultrasound.  MRI is not necessary.  IF persistent a drain can be placed either through radiology or with a return trip to the operating if that is deemed necessary.  Most of the seromas that develop in the breast will resolve without a return to the operating room.

If your breast is now firm and hard, it would be best to drain the fluid. If the fluid reoccurs, you may need a drain. An ultrasound, cheaper and quicker than a MRI, can be used to check the status of the seroma if it reoccurs.

If it is a large seroma, then you probably need to have it aspirated. Best to review with your surgeon.
