I got jumped last week and my nose was bleeding and swole up pretty bad. Might have been cracked/broken but hardly felt like it and it wasn't crooked. Anyway the swelling went away and now I can only flare the left nostril. Is that permenant damage? If not how can I fix it?

Unless the polyps are in the nostrils it is unlikely that they will make your nose larger. Polyps are typically involve the nose and sinuses. They can lead to infections as well as cause nasal obstruction. Removal of polyps should not change the appearance of your nose. Take care,Dr. Dominic
Based on the mechanism of injury, it is likely that you have fractured or at least injured the cartilage of the septum. That can cause a general loss of nasal support, as well as deviation. If bony fracture is also present, the deviation will be more pronounced. Without an examination I cannot...
