After punch to face. I can flare one nostril. Any suggestions? (photos)

I got jumped last week and my nose was bleeding and swole up pretty bad. Might have been cracked/broken but hardly felt like it and it wasn't crooked. Anyway the swelling went away and now I can only flare the left nostril. Is that permenant damage? If not how can I fix it?
