I have a clotting disorder. I had a laparoscopy Nov 19 - gynecologist discovered significant endometriosis & adhesions (& scar tissue from 2 C-sections). Bladder also fused to my uterus. My abdominal muscles are damaged extensively from pregnancies & multiple surgeries. Prior to that, always had a small waist & flat stomach. I think "mini" will suffice, with some lipo of abdomen & only small flap of skin removed at bottom. Can this be done at same time as hysterectomy? *NOTE: Have homozygous Factor V Leiden Deficiency

Your swelling can be an indication that you are overdoing it. Is the swelling better before you work out or on the days you don't go to the gym? I encourage you to speak with your surgeon about your concerns and your work out routine. Returning to strenuous exercise more gradually may help.
The only way to permanently address stretch marks is to surgically remove them. If not addressed they do tend to fade some over time, but they will always be there. I've included a video about stretch marks that I hope you find helpful.
