I had the Harmony Pixel Laser treatment 10 days ago for acne scars and wrinkles around my mouth, brow lines, and lip lines. The person who performed the laser said I had a high tolerance for pain and did many passes. She called it "The Madonna". I was red, swollen for a few days, turned brown and finally peeled. Now it looks like I have deeper wrinkles than before. Will the wrinkles decrease over time? Should I even do more pixels? I look older than I did before the treatment. Any advice?

Moisturizers are excellent after Pixel. In our office, we use Elevase creams with ceramides after fractional treatment to help with healing. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
If you are concerned about a loss of skin tone after Pixel, you may consider using topical retinoids + Melarase creams and opting for a combination approach of Ematrix and fractional co2 to tighten the skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Local wound care is important at this stage to minimize complications. Based on the depth of the treatment, we would recommend topical skin lighteners such as Melarase creams after treatment to reduce the risk of pigmentation of the skin. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
