Can pixel laser damage under eye skin?

I had pixel laser done to correct scarring pigmentation etc. I went to supposedly the best clinic and physician!?? Not only do I feel results were not worth it Also I have now been left with dark creepy wrinkled under eye area that I never had before. Skin under my eyes was young and fresh. Now looks wrinkled and old. ( I have more photos but didn't want to revel my identity too much as embarrassed ) Thanks Also what can I do to correct this!!??)
