Microneedling after deep chemical peel - can this be done within 1 to 3 weeks?

I want to get microneedling i had a deep chemical peel on oct 3rd. My derm that did procedure says not to but i dont trust his advce due to ill advice from other doctots in the pst. Do you advice getting microneedling to get best result from deep chemical peel in 1 to 3 weeks. To help get best result from peel.
