Muscle tightness after electrocautery for syringoma and milia removal?

I had electrocautery done on my left eye to remove my syringomas and milia. Since then, the inner under eye area has felt tight and unable to move, resulting in my eye not being able to close all the way (see picture). The original doctor thinks there is nothing wrong and a different doctor said it could just be how my skin reacted, noting that the muscle tightness should go away. Has anyone experienced this complication as a result of electrocautery?
