Is endolift effective for nose slimming?

The Endolift Laser is ideal for tightening skin, stimulating collagen and contouring fat. However, the skin along the alar is very adherent to the underlying tissues and would not slide easily. Often, Botox or Xeomen can slim these areas.

Whilst there are a few clinicians around the world who seem to have promoted endolift / subcutaneous laser application for nose reshaping, it's important to highlight that this is highly experimental and the safety profile of subcutaneous laser treatment in this area is uncertain. Endolift contributes to skin contraction and tightening. Nose corrections for remodelling purposes are due to bone and cartilage irregularities - subcutaneous laser would not modulate bone and cartilage tissue at all, and in fact can be very risky as these tissues generally have poor blood supply, therefore any thermal trauma can cause healing issues. As such, I see no rationale both from a biological point of view but, crucially, also from a safety point of view.
