What is recovery and downtime like for Endolift on neck, jawline and under chin?

The Endolift Laser is a FDA Cleared procedure which originated from Italy. Using a thin micro-optical fiber that is placed beneath the skin it can stimulate your own collagen, sculpt unwanted fat deposits located in the jowls, chin, neck. nasolabial fold, inner knees and abdomen. It is also remarkable in its ability to tighten lax skin and stimulate the fibroblasts that produce your collagen.
In that the procedure is performed through small pin stick holes in the skin the healing is rapid. The bruising minimal and the swelling can last between days to a week, in general.
Most patients are back to work or normal activities in a few day. Vigorous sports should be curtailed for a period of 1-2 weeks to diminish the risk of swelling. Unlike other lasers that target the outer skin, the Endolift Laser focuses upon the underlying skin where the collagen is manufactured. With a surgical neck lift, you'll have about two weeks of visible bruising and swelling. In our practice, we placed drains underneath the skin to remove the blood which reduces the bruising. The drains are usually in place for a couple of days. Probably safe to fly after two weeks.
