Yes, subcutaneous laser treatment like Endolift can be used to "debulk" facial fat including fat graft tissue. However, transplanted fat tissue is often denser and mixed with fibrotic tissue. This makes it inherently difficult to melt than native fat tissue in the face. Whilst it can be performed, it may require more than one session (in my experience an average of two sessions) and it needs to be performed with ultrasound guidance in order to guide the depth of laser treatment. Therefore, it is possible and successful in most cases, but this is a much more difficult application of Endolift laser and is hugely influenced by the clinician's experience at treating specific cases like yours rather than the generic use of Endolift for tightening/facial contouring.
