Would an Endolift correct overfilled areas after FAMI fat transfer?

Can Endolift help reduce FAMI fat transfer? I had facial fat transfer 1yr and 2 mths ago. My face is overfilled most visibly on cheeks, chin and jawline. The fat was grafted into multiple planes and the FAMI technique was used. I have gone back to the original surgeon and there is nothing she can do. I am now looking into corrective methods and considering Endolift. Would this be an effective treatment to help to reduce the areas of concern?

The Endolift Laser stimulates collagen and can contour localized areas of fat.  It may take more than one session to contour your areas of concern.

Yes, subcutaneous laser treatment like Endolift can be used to "debulk" facial fat including fat graft tissue. However, transplanted fat tissue is often denser and mixed with fibrotic tissue. This makes it inherently difficult to melt than native fat tissue in the face. Whilst it can be performed, it may require more than one session (in my experience an average of two sessions) and it needs to be performed with ultrasound guidance in order to guide the depth of laser treatment. Therefore, it is possible and successful in most cases, but this is a much more difficult application of Endolift laser and is hugely influenced by the clinician's experience at treating specific cases like yours rather than the generic use of Endolift for tightening/facial contouring. Please refer to some of the other reviews on my profile as there are a few patients similar to your case who have left feedback about their results with Endolift for fat graft reversal.
